The Antiques Roadshow is back recording around the UK with some of Britain’s leading antiques and fine arts specialists. We’re excited to be bringing the Roadshow to Cromford Mills, Cromford this year. On the day of Roadshow recordings, the specialists are on hand to offer free advice and valuations to visitors who are invited to raid their attics and bring along their family heirlooms, household treasures and car boot bargains for inspection.
Ticketing Procedure:
You must have a ticket to attend the Antiques Roadshow this year as we are limiting the numbers in attendance. Successful applicants will receive their tickets 4 weeks ahead of the event date.
In the event that we are over-subscribed, we reserve the right to allocate tickets on a selective basis.
You can choose from a morning or afternoon arrival time, the morning sessions are at 9am and 11am, and the afternoon sessions are at 1pm and 3pm. Once on site you may stay at the Roadshow for as long as you wish. Please note all tickets have now been allocated.
We welcome people of all ages to the Antiques Roadshow, however please note anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Children under the age of 8 do not require a ticket.
On the day
For ticket holders, please use public transport if you can. Please allow plenty of time to travel and we are providing dedicated car parking with a small charge of £5.00 to cover costs and support the Arkwright Society charity. Our main car park is for blue badge holders and is free of charge. There will be plenty of food and drink available to purchase and all the shops and visitor centre within Cromford Mills will be open on the day.
Please note Cromford Mills will be closed to the general public on this day, Tuesday, 28th May. We apologise for any inconvenience. The canal wharfside and church walk will remain open to general visitors.
The Antiques Roadshow is a unique opportunity for our local area and we really hope you will enjoy this event.
